Chris' garden has been producing lots of good stuff this year, but his okra crop is especially abundant. It seems every day he brings in enough okra to fill a pint-sized jar. So, since we're both fans of pickled okra, he decided to try his hand at it!
The finished product has to "pickle" for a couple of weeks before you can eat it, but I can't wait! Maybe I should try it with ice cream! ;)
